01

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. Unbroke is not intended for children under 13.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for maintaining access to your sign-in provider, and for the activity that happens through your account.

02

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, scrape the service, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law.

You agree not to use Unbroke to store or transmit data you do not have the right to use, to target private/internal network resources through webhook features, or to bypass plan limits, security controls, or access controls.

03

Finance information

Unbroke helps you track and plan personal finance data. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Any projections, assistant responses, debt plans, budget suggestions, import previews, notifications, investment views, or reports are informational and depend on the data you enter. You remain responsible for checking the information and making financial decisions.

04

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid plan or are subject to plan limits. Billing, cancellation, refunds, taxes, renewal terms, and payment processing may be handled by Stripe, an app store, or another payment provider depending on where you subscribe.

Feature availability, usage limits, prices, and plan names may change over time. If a paid change materially affects you, it will be handled through the billing provider or app-store flow required for that purchase channel.

05

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the finance records, imported files, chat prompts, webhook URLs, notification settings, and other content you add to Unbroke.

You grant Unbroke permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service according to the Privacy Policy.

06

Availability and termination

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, billing, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time. You can clear saved finance data in Settings and request full account deletion through the Account Deletion page.

07

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unbroke is provided as is and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every financial decision.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
