Email support@unbroke.app for help with sign-in, subscriptions, account access, data export, account deletion, notifications, imports, assistant responses, webhooks, or app issues.

For faster support, include the email address on your Unbroke account, the device/browser you use, the page or feature affected, the steps that led to the issue, and any store receipt or billing reference if the question is about a paid plan.

Account and data requests

Use the Account Deletion page to request full deletion of your Unbroke account and associated app data.

For access, correction, export, privacy, or deletion questions, email support@unbroke.app and include enough account detail for identity verification.

Before sending sensitive information

Do not email passwords, full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or complete financial statements.

Unbroke support will not ask you for your password, full payment card number, or bank login credentials.
